HOW TO USE:

1. Take out the hanger.
2. Pull down the strap rope perpendicularly to the ground on desired height, if it has not blocked, do not immediately let go. 
3. Slowly pull out 1-3cm to block it.

• To higher, hold the hanging item slowly up to the length you like and release. 
• To lower, hold the hanging item up a little then let the weight helps fall down.
